How can I analyze my company's sales reports on the Primefy platform?

There are two ways to access sales report information:

  1. through the "Sales" tab;
  2. through the "Reports" tab.

Let's explore both options to assist your company's finance department in understanding and maximizing the available data. The detailed analysis capability provided by these reports is a powerful tool for your finance department to make strategic decisions beyond daily balance tasks.

💡 Export Documents: In addition to analyzing the dashboard, you also have the option to export 
reports in formats like CSV or Excel, available at the top right corner of each tab. This allows 
for more detailed analysis in other tools.

Option 1: Accessing Reports Through the "Sales" Section

  1. Access the Dashboard: Log in to your Primefy account and access your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to "Sales": In the left-hand side menu, find the "Sales" section and click on it to access the sales reports.

  3. Filter Sales: In the "Sales" section, you can view all completed sales transactions. Use the available filter tools to refine your analysis. You can filter by time period, sale status (pending, approved, canceled, etc.), payment method, and other relevant criteria.

  4. Access Sale Details: If you need detailed information about a specific sale, follow the guide provided in the article "Accessing Sale Details on the Primefy Platform." This will allow you to see more specific information about each transaction.

Option 2: Exploring the "Reports" Section

  1. As per the steps above, access the Dashboard and navigate to "Reports" in the left-hand side menu.
  2. Explore Different Reports: In the "Reports" section, you will have access to various types of reports, including sales reports and:
  • Gross Billing Report.
  • Payment Methods Report.
  • New Customers Report.
  • Disputes and Chargebacks Report.
  • Benefits of Primefy Reports

Regardless of the option chosen, the reports available on the Primefy platform offer a comprehensive view of your transactions and sales performance. These reports assist in understanding trends, identifying patterns, and making decisions.
