The Merchant (Seller)
As a merchant, it is essential for you to monitor the open dispute requests through our control panel or API. This way, you will be notified about the dispute opening and have the opportunity to respond within the established timeframe, which is up to 7 calendar days.
The Buyer
As soon as we receive a notification about a dispute, the buyer will be promptly informed by Primefy through an email to confirm the dispute opening.
