When will I receive payment for my sale?

Primefy offers different options for receiving your payments, depending on the payment method used and the chosen plan. Below, we explain the receipt times for each payment method and available plan:

 

PIX (Instant Payment): Within 1 Business Day

For sales made through PIX, the receipt occurs within 1 business day after the transaction is completed. PIX is an instant payment method that provides quick processing and receipt of funds.

 

Boleto Bancário (Bank Slip): On the Day of Clearance

For sales made through bank slips (boleto bancário), the receipt happens on the day the bank slip is cleared. The clearance time may vary depending on the bank and the payment method used by the customer.

 

Credit Card: Varies According to the Plan

The receipt time for sales made through credit card varies depending on the plan chosen at the time of creating your account with Primefy:

  1. Basic Plan: D+30 per Installment

    • In the basic plan, the receipt is processed in D+30 per installment. This means that for each installment paid by the customer, you will receive the amount after 30 calendar days.

  2. Professional Plan: D+30 Regardless of the Number of Installments

    • In the professional plan, the receipt also occurs in D+30, but you receive the total amount regardless of the number of installments made by the customer.

  3. Creators Plan: D+15 Regardless of the Number of Installments

    • In the Creators plan, the receipt time is reduced to D+15, and you receive the total amount regardless of the number of installments.

  4. Custom Plan: D+1 Regardless of the Number of Installments

    • For the custom plan, we offer the fastest receipt time, which is D+1, regardless of the number of installments.
IMPORTANT! The Custom Plan is for businesses and requires contact with our sales department, 
as it is directly linked to the volume of revenue to be processed by Primefy, subject to prior 
approval.
