If you are a Primefy customer and wish to perform financial transactions quickly and securely, registering a bank account is essential.
Through this registration, you can conveniently send and receive payments, as well as take advantage of all the financial features offered by the platform. In this article, we will explain step-by-step how to register your bank account with Primefy.
Understand the Step-by-Step
Step 1: Access Your Primefy Account
Before starting the bank account registration process, you need to access your account on the Primefy platform. To do this:
Use your login credentials to enter your account.
Step 2: Navigate to Finances
After logging in, click on "Finances" in the left-hand side panel of your screen.
Step 3: Access Financial Settings
Click on the option "Withdraw to your bank account" and select the establishment to which you want to link the new bank account. To do this, click on the field "Select an establishment" and choose the one you want to register the new bank account with.
📢 Important to know: If you are an entrepreneur managing only one establishment,
you will have only one option to choose in the "Sending" field. If you are a merchant
with multiple establishments under one account, you can use the search tool to select
the correct establishment.
Step 4: Add New Bank Account
After choosing the establishment, you will find the option "Select a Bank Account" in the "bank account" field. Click on this option to proceed with the registration.
To facilitate the registration process, you will see a pop-up that allows you to search for previously registered banks for your establishment, as well as the option to add a new bank account. To continue, click on "Add bank account".
📢 Edit bank account: To ensure the security of our customers, Primefy does not allow
the editing of existing bank accounts. If there is any issue with the registered bank
account, you will need to add a new bank account for it to be reviewed and approved.
Step 5: Provide Account Information
Now is the time to enter your bank account information. Please fill out the complete form to proceed. You will need to provide information such as:
- Bank Name
- Bank Branch Number
- Account Number
- Account Type (savings or checking)
- Account Holder's Name
- Establishment
- Account Holder's CPF or CNPJ.
📢 Important to know: When registering a new bank account, it is essential to ensure
that the CPF or CNPJ data of the bank account matches that of the establishment
registered in the Primefy account. This verification is crucial to ensure the security
and compliance of all financial transactions carried out through the platform. If there
is a discrepancy in the data, the addition of the bank account will be blocked and/or
rejected.
Step 6: Verify and Confirm the Data
Before finalizing the bank account registration, carefully check all the information entered. It is essential to ensure that the data is correct to avoid future problems with financial transactions. After verifying, please click on "Add new bank account".
Step 7: Bank Account Registration Completed
You will be redirected to the initial transactions page.
Your newly registered bank account will be added to the list of bank accounts. You can confirm the addition of the new bank account by clicking on "Withdraw to your bank account", selecting your establishment, and finally, the bank account.
💡 Tip: If you have multiple registered bank accounts, you may need to scroll down
with the mouse to see the full list of account options.
